1. Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS) China Branch

   Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS) is an annual meeting held by Center for Chemical Process Safety of American Institution of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). The meeting is a grand gathering for global process safety workers to communicate and exchange with each other held in America every April with attendance up to 3000 people. From 2012, CCPS China Section undertake “China Branch” combined with China Chemical Safety Association (CCSA) which demonstrates the development situation of process safety in China to global process safety workers to promote the image of domestic chemical enterprises and associated research institutions in process safety field as well as supplies a international communication platform to enhance the exchange and passage of process safety idea and technology at the same time.

2. CCPS China Conference on Process Safety

CCPS China Conference on Process Safety is a series process safety conference hosted by Center for Chemical Process Safety-China Section, combined with Center for Chemical Process Safety of American Institution of Chemical Engineers, International Communication Center of Ministry of Emergency Management of China and China Chemical Safety Association, and is the also one of the series conference of the Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS).

 The main purpose of CCPS China Conference on Process Safety is to develop a platform for academic exchanges and industrial practice sharing for professionals in process safety field, government officers and researchers from colleges and institutes from home and abroad to improve the overall process safety level of china. This conference is held every year since 2013 and has attracted many government officers, experts and researchers with participants over 600 people. The conference is now the biggest seminar of China on chemical process safety and is widely praised by industry peers.
